The practice, and the person behind it.
A unique intersection of operational precision and deep empathetic understanding, born from both professional rigor and personal lived experience.
I grew up in the quiet spaces between grief and logistics. As a mortician's daughter, the realities of end-of-life were never hidden away; they were part of our daily rhythm. I learned early on that navigating loss requires two distinct kinds of strength: the capacity to hold emotional space, and the meticulous attention to detail required to manage the practical aftermath.
For more than 30 years, I honed my operational skills in the demanding environments of tech giants, including a significant tenure at Google. I specialized in taking chaotic, multifaceted problems and organizing them into clear plans my team could follow.
The desire to combine my deep-rooted comfort with the end-of-life space and decades of professional skills led me to pursue and achieve my Death Doula certification. This helped formalize my ability to provide non-medical, holistic support to individuals and families navigating transitions.
Threshold Works is the culmination of this journey. It is a practice built on personal lived experience, structured by high-level operational leadership, and guided by profound empathy. I am here to project-manage the hardest parts of your planning or your loss, so you can focus on what truly matters.
Professional Boundaries
I’m not an attorney, financial advisor, or medical professional. I organize, coordinate, and connect you to the right licensed people. That boundary is exactly what keeps you safe and ensures you receive the specialized, credentialed care required for legal and medical matters.
